UNIPAR prides itself in offering the best core return policy in the industry for EMD® Power Assemblies.
THERE WILL BE NO CHARGE-BACKS AS LONG AS THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IS MET:
Customers are to include their copy of the Customer Return Material Authorization (RMA) on each order for power assemblies.
For UTEX Power Assemblies, including Fork, Blade, or HLPs;
Cores are to be shipped via prepaid freight to Unipar, LLC (7210 Polson Lane Hazelwood, MO 63042).
Cores must be complete with no obvious failures or broken components. Fork assemblies must be returned with both basket halves to be accepted.
We ask that cores be returned within 30 days, and be shipped securely and protected from the weather.
After 30 days, UNIPAR reserves the right to invoice the customer for the difference between the UTEX price and the Outright Sale price.
To receive core credit, cores should be like for like with the New or Rebuilt power assembly purchased from Unipar. i.e. (645E HLP core for a 645E Rebuilt HLP)
DOES YOUR CURRENT POWER ASSEMBLY PROVIDER OFFER THIS CORE RETURN POLICY? IF NOT, WE INVITE YOU TO MAKE THE SWITCH TO BETTER PRODUCTS AND BETTER PRICES!
UNIPAR COMPONENT CORE RETURN POLICY
Our Component Core Return Policy applies to rebuilt components, including but not limited to: Water Pumps, Oil Pumps, Gears, Camshafts, Cylinder Heads, Injectors, Rocker Arm Sets, Governors, Blowers, Turbochargers, Crankshafts, etc; but excluding complete Power Assemblies.
These components are to be returned to UNIPAR via prepaid freight, and have the Customer RMA clearly attached to the shipment. Cores are to be shipped to UNIPAR within 30 days of shipment of the Rebuilt component.
Cores that are damaged in transit are to be replaced at the responsibility of the Customer. UNIPAR will assist in gathering information if the customer chooses to file a freight claim as a courtesy, but is not liable for any issues that may arise from the claim.
Cores that are not received within 30 days, are subject to an invoice being issued for the difference between the UTEX price on the original invoice, and the price for an OUTRIGHT sale.
All cores that are governed by the Component Core Return Policy, are to be non-failed and in rebuild-able condition. Cores that are determined to be failed or non-repairable have the option to be replaced by the Customer, or invoiced at the difference between the UTEX price, and the OUTRIGHT sale price. Customers also have the option to pickup the non-repairable core, or allow UNIPAR to dispose of the bad order core.
For these Component Cores, common rejections include; broken gear teeth, missing components, broken impellers, damaged blower lobes, undersized camshafts, broken pump housings, etc.
All charge-backs that are dictated by the Component Core Return Policy are determined at complete component or sub-component rates, based on UNIPAR inspection.
UNIPAR Core Receiving Hours are Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
